Indra Gandhi International Airport is new, ultra-modern, multi-billion-dollar Indian airport. The state-of-the-art hub can handle 34 million passengers a year. It was inaugurated by Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Mrs. Sonia Gandhi. The terminal sprawls over four square kilometers and boasts 97 automated walkways and 78 aero-bridges.
